Cancellation & Returns

 Exchange:
  1. Every jewellery product sold at general bullion pvt ltd. E-Store: www.generalbullion.in is covered under our 3 Days Exchange Guarantee for reasons like manufacturing problems, fitting issues, damages or defects, notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery and we exchange the product with same one or refund amount which will be credited back to your www.generalbullion.in User Account upon successful processing of return. The refund amount will not be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallet). This amount will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used partially or fully to shop any item on general bullion pvt ltd  E-Store: www.generalbullion.in
The shipping cost (mentioned in invoice) for all orders will be deducted before we reimburse the refund amount into general bullion pvt ltd User Account unless the product is defective.

3 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable to products that are less than or equal to Rs. 500/- (Irrespective of the order value). 3 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable to Gold & Silver Coins or customized products. 3 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable if the product is bought during Sale/Discount/Offer promotion.

Keep all items including the invoice in a package in good condition.
Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
.Email us at care@generalbullion.in with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a exchange or return pick up.
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our representative or courier partner within 3-5 business days. 
  1.  Lifetime exchange facility for Hallmark gold/silver jewellery for purchase a new product from us. Only metal will be taken by us and metal value (spot rate of the day) will be provided by us to customer, stone & diamond are not applicable for this facility.
Order Cancellation:
  1. Any order received can be cancelled by us for the following reason 

    1) If the order has any technical glitches.
    2) Any order placed during the website update which has led to changes in the price or its content.
    3) Any cod order which is in verification stage when it feels like the order may be returned.
    4) When the stock is unavailable or may take time to produce.
    5) Any other reason that the company may find relevant from time to time.
    6) The decision of the company is final in this regards.
  2. After done of payment for a order, any cancellation request cannot be accepted by us. If payment mode COD then cancellation request accepted by us, inform us within 24 hours from time of order, email us care@generalbullion.in or call our helpline. But if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, then it’s not to be possible for cancellation, so in this case follow our Return process, The cancellation will have to be treated as 3 Days Exchange Guarantee. If customer refused to take delivery the product then customer will be liable to pay all common charges like shipping, order processing etc.
Buyback Guarantee: applicable for (A)  24 carat gold/silver coin. As per daily buyback rate, declared general bullion pvt ltd. (B) gold/silver hallmarked jewellery (accept only gold/silver in metal formation, not diamond,stone,gems,other things like this). As per daily buyback rate, declared general bullion pvt ltd.

Refund:
  No Refund Applicable during buyback guarantee scheme, offers period , cancellation. If customer wants to exchange the product we will add the credit amount into general bullion pvt ltd’s consumer Wallet Only.
